Thank you for choosing the Cozy Inn of Willmar for the 2010 Sonshine Festival. This letter will serve as your final confirmation for your room. If you plan to pay by credit card or check this letter MUST be signed below and returned postmarked no later than MAY 30th. If paying by check you must also include your full payment (before 10.00%tax). As a courtesy to the people on the waiting list please notify us ASAP if your plans change and you won’t be able to attend the 2010 festival. There is a $10.00 fee for any room cancelled after May 30th, and there will be absolutely NO REFUNDS after July 1ST, 2010.
All rooms are priced at a flat, or package rate for a 3-day stay: Thursday, Friday, Saturday; therefore, if you plan to stay one, two, or three nights the package rate will be the same. If you choose to check out a day or two early you are not allowed to let others use your room on the remaining nights.
